Soluble Pea Protein
NUTRALYS® S grades are soluble pea protein isolates offering protein enrichment, similar to soy and milk proteins, across a wide range of food applications including protein bars, dairy products and non-dairy alternatives, ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages, sports nutrition, weight management, senior and clinical nutrition, and nutraceuticals. This range consists of easy-to-use plant protein dedicated to meet nutritional and functional needs.
NUTRALYS® S85F is designed for plant-based beverages with a protein content up to 3%.
NUTRALYS® S85 Plus N and NUTRALYS® S85 Plus D are the most soluble pea protein ingredients at a large range of pH for nutritional applications with a protein content above 3%. They exhibit an excellent dispersibility and a low viscosity with an optimized taste. They are ideal for developing protein powder shakes, protein RTD and protein bars.
