Colloidal Microcrystalline Cellulose
TABULOSE® is a colloidal microcrystalline cellulose serving as a stabilizer, suspending agent and thickener in a large range of food products.
Colloidal microcrystalline cellulose is a co-processed Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) and Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium (CMC). It's a water dispersible ingredient which is stable over wide temperatures and pH ranges. Roquette sells these products under the TABULOSE® brand.
