Pregelatinized starch

PREGEFLO® are label-friendly pregelatinized starches that provide indulgent crispiness in snacks and instant thickening in bakery.

PREGEFLO® also provide smoothness and thickening to most  products. It can also increase the crispiness of all snacks thanks to higher and more homogeneous expansion rate during baking (for both oven or frying). You can achieve these texture variations with simple formulation changes, rather than production changes.
