NUTRIOSE® 10

Soluble Fiber

NUTRIOSE® 10 soluble fibers from corn or wheat are cost-effective soluble fibers.  Their low viscosity, high solubility and outstanding tolerance make them the perfect bulk to replace sugars in many food products while increasing the fiber content. They are 70% fiber, 15% sugar and have a low caloric value.
