Premium Maltodextrins and Dried Glucose Syrups

GLUCIDEX® Premium range provides safe and high tolerance energy for infant and toddler milk formula. 

Carbohydrates are one of the key nutrients in infant formula. GLUCIDEX® Premium range of maltodextrins and dried glucose syrups provides safe and high tolerance energy. It is specifically manufactured and monitored to meet the very high food-safety levels required by this sensitive food application (especially dry-mixing). 
GLUCIDEX® Premium is 100% glucose-based energy and doesn’t cause any colic fermentation. It has been shown that partial replacement of lactose with maltodextrins leads to the reduction of digestive discomfort in infants. GLUCIDEX® Premium maltodextrins also offer a full range of DE to allow fine-tuning of glucidic profile and osmolarity. The latter ensures efficient hydration. Roquette offers fine & granulated (IT) forms to adapt the product density.

GLUCIDEX® Premium maltodextrin is also available in an organic grade.
