SpeakUp and we’ll listen

Roquette is committed to maintaining a "Speak Up" culture by promoting an open and trusting dialogue with employees at all levels and other stakeholders.

If you wish to report a potential violation of the law, or improper or unethical behavior, you may raise a question or report a concern using the Roquette SpeakUp® system.

  • If you are not a Roquette employee: You can get in touch with your usual point of contact or report a problem through the SpeakUp® platform.
  • If you are a Roquette employee: Some issues can be resolved directly with your manager or Human Resources. You may also raise a question or make a report using the SpeakUp® platform.
  • The SpeakUp® online / phone platform is operated by an independent provider and is anonymous by default. Unless willfully disclosed in the report, the system does not ask for any elements allowing the identification of the person making the report. All alerts received through this platform will be investigated and handled confidentially and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Roquette protects those who Speak Up and raise concerns appropriately; we do not retaliate against anyone who raises a concern or against those who assist in investigations of suspected violations.

Privacy and Cyber Alert

Roquette has implemented a Privacy and Cyber Alert system to collect and process reports from employees and stakeholders regarding data breaches or risks, violations of the Privacy & Data Protection Guide of Good Conduct, or any actual or suspected breaches of privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations.

  • This webform enables you to report an incident and provides our organization with the necessary information for efficient data breach management. It ensures compliance with legal requirements for handling and reporting personal data breaches and cyber incidents.
  • Designed to be jurisdiction-neutral, it captures key facts for jurisdiction-specific assessments.
  • By collaborating with you, we can quickly understand the incident and offer relevant advice for your situation.
