Sustainability is at the heart of our strategy.
We believe a better future depends on how we work together to responsibly nourish and care for people, animals, and the planet. Inspired by life and rooted in nature, we are committed to developing solutions to address some of the social and environmental challenges.
Our sustainability commitment and actions
In 2023, we launched our sustainability 2030 program aimed at renewing and strengthening our sustainable development approach by 2030.
Over the coming years, we are committed to decarbonizing our activities by reducing our direct and indirect emissions, making our product offerings more sustainable by systematically integrating eco-design, while continuing to place people at the heart of our strategy in terms of health, safety, well-being, ethics, and inclusion ‒ whether they are Roquette employees, suppliers, contractors, or local communities at our locations.
Our sustainability program is built around three engagement platforms: PRESERVE the planet, INVENT for the future, CARE for people.

PRESERVE the planet
Targets the reduction of our environmental footprint and aims to contribute to the regeneration of nature. By 2030, we have committed to reducing our CO2 emissions by 25%, for both scope 1 and scope 2.
INVENT for the future
Aims to deliver solutions that not only add value to consumers, but also to society and the planet. Eco-design, a process that rigorously balances those dimensions, will power 100% of our innovation projects by 2030.
CARE for people
Embodies a hallmark of Roquette’s culture. We want to make a positive impact on the lives of people: our employees, our customers, the communities where we operate, and, at large, all our stakeholders.
