Properties
  • After solubilization, Glucono-Delta-Lactone is slowly hydrolyzed into gluconic acid until an equilibrium is reached.

Different grades are available with differente particle sizes

  • Glucono delta-lactone SG – coarse
  • Glucono delta-lactone T - medium
  • Glucono  delta-lactone PL – fine
