La Madeleine, 21 November 2017 – Roquette, a global leader in plant-based ingredients for the Food, Nutrition and Health markets, reinforces its commitments by setting up a foundation: the Roquette Foundation for Health.
Placed under the aegis of the Fondation de France, this Foundation aims to support innovative or educational programs in the fields of food and nutrition.
It will work alongside various types of projects, such as:
- Support for educational programs on diet,
- Studies on the impact of food on diseases,
- Support for operational and sustainable projects that are beneficial to health.
Thanks to its plant-based ingredients, Roquette is constantly exploring new ways of imagining and proposing solutions to better feed and cure people according to their lifestyle, their age, where they live and what they do.
The creation of this Foundation at the service of health is thus perfectly complementary to the Group's activities and will encourage new initiatives.

The Roquette Foundation for Health, chaired by Edouard Roquette, relies on a steering committee made up of personalities with varied and complementary backgrounds, including shareholders, Roquette Group employees and experts in the field of Health.
This committee notably includes Professor Eric Boulanger (MD, PhD), Medical Director: Longevity Health Prevention Center - Pasteur Institute of Lille & Lille University Hospital, Head: Aging Biology & Geriatrics - Medical School - Lille University – INSERM - University Hospital of Lille and Professor Frédéric Gottrand (MD, PhD), Professor of Pediatrics University of Lille, pediatrician University Hospital CHU-Lille.
Managed on a daily basis by Anne Lambin, delegate of the Foundation and former Head of Sustainable Development at Roquette, the Foundation benefits from Roquette Group's network and will develop its own partnerships in France and abroad to identify and support its projects.
