Privacy notice – Workday application

1 - Purpose of processing

The data you provide is processed by Roquette, in its capacity as controller, for the purpose of processing and managing your application.

2 - Data collected

Your personal data will be collected directly from you when you apply for a position within Roquette. The mandatory data collected are : your name, first name, contact details and CV. The other answers on the application form are optional and will not affect the examination of your application.

3 - Recipients of data

Personal data will not be transmitted to commercial or advertising actors. Only authorized persons or departments of our company will be able to access your data for the purposes strictly defined herein. These information are processed by Roquette's Human Resources Department.

4 - Legal basis

We process your Personal Data in connection with the execution and management of our relationship or the fulfillment of certain regulatory obligations. The processing of your Data may also be done on the basis of your prior consent in the event that it is, in certain situations, requested.

5 - Data retention

The information about you is kept for a maximum of two years from the last update from you on your candidate account. In case of hiring, the data may be kept by the employer for the duration of the employment contract.

6 - Security

Roquette is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of data to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties and to use them only for the sole purpose of managing applications and their follow-up.

7 - Exercise of Data subject rights

In accordance with the Data Protection legislations in force, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can access and obtain copies of data concerning you, oppose the processing of such data, make them correct or have them erased.
