Process method
- Weigh all the ingredients as per the recipe.
- Grind the almonds for 20 seconds at 1500 Rpm followed by chopped apricots.
- Add LYCASIN® 85/55, NEOSORB® and compound chocolate and mix for another 30 seconds untill uniform paste.
- Add NUTRALYS® and NUTRIOSE® and mix for another minute at 4000 - 6000 rpm.
- Add flavours and uniformly mix the product.
- Sheet, cut and pack in desired shapes.
