Join us at the 9th International Conference on Dietary Fibre 2026
Roquette is proud to participate in the 9th International Dietary Fibre Conference 2026 (DF26), hosted by the Quadram Institute in Norwich, UK, and co-organised by the International Association for Cereal Science and Technology (ICC).

Held under the theme "Dietary Fibre in Focus: Bridging Science, Technology, and Global Health," the conference brought together leading scientists, academics, and industry experts from around the world to explore the latest advances in dietary fibre research, from mechanisms of action and the gut-brain axis to food innovation and global health applications.
As a committed contributor to science-based innovation in soluble fiber, Roquette presented two scientific posters highlighting new research on NUTRIOSE® soluble fiber, delivered by Caroline Perreau, Nutrition and Health Research Scientist, Life Sciences R&D:
- Gut microbiota modulation across the lifespan
- Emerging insights into immune health
Together, these two studies deepen our understanding of how soluble fibers like NUTRIOSE® can support human health through multiple, interconnected biological pathways. This reinforces Roquette's ongoing commitment to science-driven innovation in nutrition and well-being.
