Sodium Gluconate is a renewable, fermentation-derived chelating and dispersing agent used in construction and industrial applications. Available in liquid, fine crystalline (F), and granular crystalline (G) grades, it provides excellent set-retarding performance, workability enhancement, and process flexibility for concrete, mortar, and specialty industrial formulations.
