NEOSORB® CP - SORBITOL
This product represents a significant available energy source for the animals with approximately 30% of residual starch. Potato pulp can be kept on top of other silage to improve storage. However for long-term storage, a cover such as a plastic tarpaulin is recommended.
- Primarily intended for ruminant feed.
NEOSORB® P 60 - SORBITOL
NEOSORB®
NEOSORB® P60 Sorbitol is obtained by hydrogenation of Glucose. It is an odorless white powder with a sweet and cool taste. NEOSORB® P60 Sorbitol provides digestive support. In Petfood applications, it is used as an humectant in the formulation of various soft pet food products.
- Digestive support
- Humectant
NUTRALYS® F85M - PEA PROTEIN
NUTRALYS®
NUTRALYS® F85M Pea Protein provides protein enrichment in various pet food. On top of its excellent digestibility, NUTRALYS® F85M Pea Proteincan be used as a texturizer in meat loaf and chunks (thickeninig, gelling and emulsifier).
- Protein enrichment
- Texturizer
NUTRIOSE® FM 10 - DEXTRIN
NUTRIOSE®
NUTRIOSE® FM10 is a dextrin manufactured from maize. NUTRIOSE® FM10 provides digestive support and fiber enrichment in various pet food and feed specialty applications. Partially resistant to the digestion in the small intestine, NUTRIOSE® is progressively fermented by the colonic microflora. It also inhibits the development of some pathogenic bacterial populations.
- Digestive support
- Prebiotic effect
- Fiber enrichment
PEA CREAM
Pea Cream is the liquid product obtained from the wet refining of yellow peas following extraction of the starch and protein fractions. Pea Cream is a mix of wet pea pulp and pea solubles.
- Protein enrichment
- Energy source
PEA FIBER I 50M
Pea Fiber I 50M is the internal fiber fraction of the pea, mainly constituted of cell walls and pectins and with a significant starch content.
Pea Fiber I 50M can be used as a texturizer in meat loaf and chunks. It provides formulation emulsification, thickening and binding.
- Fiber enrichment
- Texturizer
PEA HULLS
Pea hulls are an excellent high fiber ingredient for dry pet food to produce calorie restricted diets.
- Fiber enrichment
PEA SOLUBLES
Pea solubles is a concentrated liquid coming from wet refining of yellow peas.
Pea solubles is obtained after starch, fiber and protein fractions have been extracted. It is a viscous liquid with a light brown color.
- Cattle feedstuffs with particular interest for liquid ruminant feed.
PEA STARCH ORGANIC
Pea starch, organic certified. PEA STARCH N-735 is a label-friendly texturizing ingredient that provides the functional benefits of low gelatinization temperature, low hot viscosity when gelatinizing, and strong gel and film forming properties after cooking. This starch is extracted from the yellow pea through a water only process, resulting in a pure native starch that is clean in taste derived from an organic crop
- organic
- gel forming
- effective binder
- low gelatinization T°C
- low hot viscosity when gelatinizing.
POTATO SOLUBLES
Concentrated potato fruit juice, remaining after protein extraction. Typical dry matter content of 50%.
- Cattle feedstuffs with particular interest for liquid ruminant feed.
POTATO STARCH
Pure potato starch provide thickening to various pet food and feed specialties applications. It also allows modification or improvement of the texture of the finished product during the palletization and extrusion processes.
- Thickener
- Texturizer
- Binder
SODIUM GLUCONATE CRYSTALLINE G
SODIUM GLUCONATE G is produced from Gluconic acid by neutralization and crystallisation.
SODIUM GLUCONATE G acts as an acidifier at the stomach level and triggers the SCFA (Butyrate,...) production in the lower intestine
- Digestive support
- Growth performance
- SCFA Production
TUBERCELL® - POTATO FIBER
TUBERCELL®
TUBERCELL® provides a good combination of starch and fiber for ruminant formulations. It can also
help to improve compound feed pellet quality, due to the binding effect of the starch.
The good pellet quality and light color of TUBERCELL® potato pulp pellets is beneficial when used in
coarse mix rations.
Thanks to our refining process, the level of total glyco-alkaloids in TUBERCELL® is very low, around
200mg/kg (Solanine and Chaconine).
Studies in dogs have shown that potato fiber is a good source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber,
which have a positive effect on the gut microflora (University of Illinois 2013).
On top of being a palatable fiber source, it has a positive effect on feces quality and allows to fight
against obesity thanks to a satiety effect.
Indicative inclusion rate of 5 to 15% in dry dog food
- Satiety effect
- Good palatability
TUBERMINE® FV - POTATO PROTEIN
TUBERMINE®
Potato protein
- Fine particle size for improved dissolution of the product.
