Our corn proteins:
GLUTALYS® Corn Protein (also called Corn Gluten Meal CGM) is a range of highly digestible and insoluble protein obtained from the refining of non-GMO corn. GLUTALYS® contains an average of 60% protein and is a particularly digestible protein source, rich in natural pigments and with a low ash content.
GLUTALYS® is organized in a 3-product range:
- GLUTALYS® ST: the standard corn protein
- GLUTALYS® HQ: the High-Quality corn protein for more demanding market application (with specific mycotoxin management)
- GLUTALYS® LP : corn protein with a naturally lower protein content
Our pea proteins:
Roquette also offer a highly concentrated protein, extracted from yellow pea by a wet milling process: LYSAMINE® GPS.
This protein contain an average of % protein and is characterized by a naturally low trypsin inhibitor content. LYSAMINE® GPS is a key ingredient in grain free and hypoallergenic formulations. Its excellent digestibility, low fibre and low non-starch oligosaccharide content allow it to be used in many types of animal feeds, such as petfood, young farm animal feeds and juvenile aquafeeds.
Our potato proteins:
TUBERMINE® is a potato protein range that is extracted from the juice of starch potatoes.
With its 78% protein content, the TUBERMINE® range is also low in ash, non-GMO, grain-free and hypoallergenic. Its balanced amino acid profile makes TUBERMINE® a remarkable protein source for pets or young farm animals.
TUBERMINE® is organized with 2 grades:
- TUBERMINE® GP
- TUBERMINE® FV which has a thinner particle size particularly suitable for improved suspendability in liquid feeds.
Our wheat proteins:
Roquette Wheat proteins are extracted from wheat using a water separation process. They contain an average of % protein and are a highly concentrated and highly digestible protein source.
Our wheat proteins are organized in a 3-product range:
- VITEN® Vital Wheat Gluten which offers viscoelastic and water holding properties.
- Wheat protein pellets that are partially devitalized and are easy to handle in bulk.
- Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein which comes from the hydrolysis of wheat gluten and offers an easier dispersion in water.
