Fibers
Functional fibers play an important role in animal digestion, gut health, and feed efficiency. Our range of high-quality fiber-rich ingredients comes from wheat, corn, potato, and peas, providing valuable sources of energy, and structural benefits for animal nutrition. We offer a wide range of fibers:
- MILUREX™ Wheat Gluten Feed is a carefully blended mixture of dry-milled wheat fiber and refined wheat solubles. MILUREX™ is a highly digestible energy and protein source with a low ash content, ideal for supporting animal growth, digestive health, and efficient nutrient utilization.
- COREX™ Corn Gluten Feed is a balanced mix of corn fiber, corn screenings, and corn steep liquor, COREX™ is a palatable source of protein and energy with a positive effect on rumen function. Its naturally high phosphorus content makes it an excellent component for ruminant feeds.
- TUBERCELL™ Dried Potato Pulp is an internal fiber obtained from starch potatoes following starch and protein extraction, offering a beneficial combination of starch and fiber. TUBERCELL™ supports improved feed pellet quality due to its natural binding effect, making it advantageous in compound feed formulations.
- Pea Hulls Pellet is a high-quality external fiber, produced from dry dehulling of cleaned yellow peas. Pea Hulls Pellet provides insoluble fiber that supports gut health and can contribute to feed structure and digestibility.
- Dry Pea Feed is a gently dehydrated mix of wet pea pulp and pea solubles that preserves color and digestibility. With substantial oligosaccharide and mineral content, Dry Pea Feed supplies both energy and protein, enhancing feed value for various animal species.
Solubles and wet co-products
Soluble and wet co-products deliver highly digestible sources of energy, and functional nutrients, especially suitable for liquid feeding systems and on-farm use. These ingredients enhance palatability and supply essential amino acids, vitamins, and minerals.
- Corn Steep Liquid is a nutrient-rich, viscous by-product from wet corn milling—Corn Steep Liquid is concentrated in protein, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. It is an excellent ingredient for boosting protein supply and palatability in liquid feed applications.
- Wet Corn Fiber is a cellulosic corn fraction, especially suitable for ruminants, Wet Corn Fiber provides a balance of starch and digestible fiber while maintaining a low phosphorus level. It is ideal for energy and digestive health.
- Pea Cream is a liquid obtained after starch and protein extraction from yellow peas. Rich in digestible lysine, Pea Cream is a valuable source of energy and protein, especially suitable for liquid feeding systems in swine or young animals.
- CORAMI® is a tailored blend of soluble protein, carbohydrates, and fiber. CORAMI® offers a well-rounded source of energy and nutrients for various feed requirements.
- Wet Potato Pulp is mainly composed of potato cell wall fragments and residual starch, Wet Potato Pulp supplies ready-to-use energy for direct on-farm feeding and supports rumen health in cattle.
Screenings
Screenings are co-products of the cleaning and sieving process during the handling of grains and pulses. These ingredients provide concentrated sources of energy and nutrients, making them highly valuable for cost-effective animal feed formulations.
- Corn Screenings: comprising broken corn and fine corn particles remaining after the grain-cleaning process, Corn Screenings are a high-energy alternative to whole corn. Their slow starch digestion profile is beneficial for rumen fermentation and sustained energy release.
- Pea Screenings: a mix of pea fragments, flour, and hulls obtained from screening yellow peas. Pea Screenings add valuable energy and fiber, complementing rations especially in ruminant diets.
