Dehydrated glucose syrup (DE47) with faster dissolution. It modulates sweetness and enhances flavor in baking blends and beverages. It improves ice cream texture by increasing freezing speed and reducing melting. It prevents drying in confectionery spreads and avoids sugar crystallization.
