From March 17 to 19, Roquette demonstrated its leadership in plant-based ingredient solutions at Food Ingredients China (FIC) 2026, hosted at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.
Over the three-day event, Roquette’s Food and Nutrition teams welcomed more than 400 customers and industry professionals to Booth 3H40 & 3J41. Attendees explored a diverse range of applications for dairy, bakery, snacks, beverages, confectionery, and specialized nutrition showcasing how Roquette’s innovative solutions help create healthier, great-tasting products with appealing texture and reliable performance.
Interactive tasting sessions featuring our premix coating solutions for fried foods gave visitors a firsthand experience of lasting crispiness, excellent texture, and consistent quality delivered by Roquette’s technologies. Our technical experts also engaged in in-depth discussions on the benefits of plant proteins, soluble fibers, specialty starches, and sweetening solutions reinforcing Roquette’s commitment to turning nutrition into delicious possibilities.
The event also spotlighted Roquette’s Non-GMO contract farming and corn quality management system, emphasizing our dedication to responsible sourcing, supply reliability, and ingredient traceability.
