The Roquette Maltodextrins are obtained from starch by hydrolysis, followed by purification and spray drying. By definition, maltodextrins have a D.E. (Dextrose Equivalent) lower than 20. These maltodextrins are white, neutral or slightly sweet tasting powders. They are soluble in water and offer a high standard of organic, mineral and bacteriological purity. They act as a soluble energy source in various pet food and feed specialties applications.
