Marc Peeters was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018.
Marc is a seasoned HR executive with extensive international experience across diverse industrial sectors.
He joined Roquette in 2015 as Head of HR France, later expanding his responsibilities to lead HR for Europe, and subsequently as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2018. In these roles, he has played a pivotal part in supporting the company’s growth.
Prior to joining Roquette, Marc spent 15 years as HR Director at Rio Tinto Alcan, with assignments in France and the Sultanate of Oman. He also served as HR Manager for Total Exploration and Production for 11 years, overseeing HR operations in France, Scotland, Libya, and the United States.
Marc holds a master’s degree in human resources from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, France.
