Xavier was appointed Chief Sustainability & Stakeholder Engagement Officer in 2025.
Xavier is an accomplished sustainability leader with over two decades of experience across multiple industries. Prior to joining Roquette in 2023 as Head of Sustainability, he held senior roles in sustainable development within several leading international companies, building on a strong early career foundation in strategy, sales and marketing.
He holds a master’s degree in economics and finance and is a graduate of Kedge Business School. Additionally, Xavier has pursued executive programs in management at several prestigious institutions, including INSEAD, Stanford Graduate School of Business, and The Wharton School.
