Michael Manouvrier is a Vice President of Roquette and was appointed as Chief Digital and Information Officer in 2025.
Bringing over 30 years of experience in digital and information technology across global industry leaders, Michael joined Roquette in 2019 as CIO. In his current role, he leads an international team dedicated to expanding and strengthening Roquette’s digital and IT capabilities enterprise-wide, guiding executive teams through digital disruption, risk management, and innovation.
A results-driven and forward-thinking leader, Michael aligns digital strategy with business objectives, driving operational excellence and enhanced user experience. He has successfully led major business transformation projects, post-merger integrations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, agility, empowerment, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Michael holds a master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Lille.
