Delphine Desrumaux
General Counsel and Chief Transformation Officer
Delphine Desrumaux was appointed General Counsel in 2020 and Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) in 2026.
With prior experience as a lawyer in the industrial and food sectors, Delphine joined Roquette in 2008. She has vast legal and global business experience, has played a role in major transactions and held senior leadership positions in corporate governance, compliance, and ethics.
As Chief Transformation Officer, Delphine oversees the successful transformation of Roquette, while continuing to lead the legal teams and ensuring the overall stewardship of Roquette’s legal and compliance framework.
Delphine holds a master’s degree in international business and competition law.
