Pascal Leroy is a Senior Vice President of Roquette and was appointed CEO of the Nutrition & Bioindustry Business Unit in 2025.
Pascal is a seasoned executive with a strong background in international leadership. At Roquette, Pascal has held various senior leadership positions overseeing Commercial, Procurement, Quality and Supply Chain.
Prior to joining Roquette in 2013, Pascal started his career in the chemicals industry and had different business and operation leadership roles, including extensive experience of living and working in Asia and North America.
He holds an MSc in Chemistry, and he graduated from ESSEC Business School.
