Stéphanie Mercier was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in 2026.
Drawing on extensive experience in various industrial sectors, Stéphanie joined Roquette in 2016 and has held several positions within the company, including CHRO of the Nutrition & Bioindustry Business Unit, Global HR for Operations, and Global Talent Development & Learning and Head of HR Europe.
With her strong international HR background, Stéphanie brings a broad range of skills to help the company achieve its objectives and to continuously develop the HR community for greater impact on the business and Roquette's employees.
Stephanie holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and a master’s degree in business administration from Audencia in France.
