Roquette Updates Its life+nature 2030 Sustainability Program

Roquette is maintaining momentum and reinforcing its commitment to delivering its sustainability roadmap with ambitious updated targets for 2030.
Following major acquisitions in 2023 and 2025, Roquette has evolved with an expanded industrial footprint in additional global locations, with increased business capabilities and new raw materials. These changes led to a thorough review of the life+nature program in 2026 to align with our integrated organization and ensure sustainability remains at the heart of our strategy.
What has life+nature achieved since 2023?
In 2023, Roquette introduced its life+nature program with an enhanced sustainable development approach to address environmental and social challenges, while setting ambitious targets for 2030. The program has 15 areas of work with 16 key performance indicators (KPIs), built around three engagement platforms: PRESERVE the planet, INVENT for the future and CARE for people.
Thanks to the efforts of our experts and teams, we have made significant progress toward our objectives in the past few years. Roquette has invested more than €250 million in sustainability initiatives, including substantial investments aimed at decarbonizing our operations. The overall efforts are being recognized by sustainability rating organizations such as EcoVadis and CDP, while strengthening internal and external stakeholder engagement and positioning us as a leading sustainability partner for our customers.
What are the life+nature goals through 2030?
We have updated aspects of the life+nature program, including some of its objectives and KPIs for 2030, to highlight our commitments to water management, sustainable sourcing, safety, ecodesign, and other key priorities. This update also reinforces our purpose, ambition, and market-focused missions as we work to protect nature while partnering with it to support healthier lives.
We've made tremendous progress on all fronts since the launch of our life+nature program. This program adaptation allows us to fully reflect the new scope of Roquette and will help us sustain our momentum towards achieving our objectives by 2030.
