PEA FIBER I 50M
Pea Fiber I 50M is the internal fiber fraction of the pea, mainly constituted of cell walls and pectins and with a significant starch content.
Pea Fiber I 50M can be used as a texturizer in meat loaf and chunks. It provides formulation emulsification, thickening and binding.

NUTRIOSE® FM 10 - DEXTRIN
NUTRIOSE®
NUTRIOSE® FM10 is a dextrin manufactured from maize. NUTRIOSE® FM10 provides digestive support and fiber enrichment in various pet food and feed specialty applications. Partially resistant to the digestion in the small intestine, NUTRIOSE® is progressively fermented by the colonic microflora. It also inhibits the development of some pathogenic bacterial populations.

TUBERCELL® - POTATO FIBER
TUBERCELL®
TUBERCELL® provides a good combination of starch and fiber for ruminant formulations. It can also
help to improve compound feed pellet quality, due to the binding effect of the starch.
The good pellet quality and light color of TUBERCELL® potato pulp pellets is beneficial when used in
coarse mix rations.
Thanks to our refining process, the level of total glyco-alkaloids in TUBERCELL® is very low, around
200mg/kg (Solanine and Chaconine).
Studies in dogs have shown that potato fiber is a good source of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber,
which have a positive effect on the gut microflora (University of Illinois 2013).
On top of being a palatable fiber source, it has a positive effect on feces quality and allows to fight
against obesity thanks to a satiety effect.
Indicative inclusion rate of 5 to 15% in dry dog food

PEA STARCH ORGANIC
Pea starch, organic certified. PEA STARCH N-735 is a label-friendly texturizing ingredient that provides the functional benefits of low gelatinization temperature, low hot viscosity when gelatinizing, and strong gel and film forming properties after cooking. This starch is extracted from the yellow pea through a water only process, resulting in a pure native starch that is clean in taste derived from an organic crop

VITEN® VITAL WHEAT GLUTEN
VITEN®
VITEN® Vital wheat gluten, the natural protein extracted from wheat, is a water-insoluble complex protein characterized by visco-elasticity properties when hydrated. Wheat gluten is a good source of vegetable protein and is particularly regarded for the following:
• Excellent digestibility especially for young animals
• High water absorption capacity
• Exceptional binding and textural properties
These characteristics make it particularly suitable for pet food. Stable upon sterilization, it helps to improve the physical presentation of feed. It is also an excellent binder for fish feed helping to ensure stability in water. Lastly, wheat gluten is a useful alternative protein source which is appreciated in milk substitutes and piglet feed for its excellent digestibility color and palatability.
