With over 27 years of experience in the food industry and a Ph.D. in biotechnology for food, Justin seamlessly combines academic knowledge with practical expertise. Throughout his 17-year tenure at Roquette, Justin has been instrumental in supporting food segments across dynamic markets in Great Asia. Based in Korea, he dedicates the majority of his time to developing and enhancing Roquette's product offerings for diverse market segments.
