OPERATIONS - Plant Maintenance Supervisor

To meet our challenges, we are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor within the Mechanical Maintenance team! This position will be located in Gokak.

Your Mission: As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations during your assigned shift and adhering to the guidelines with respect to SOP and budget.

Position Purpose: To manage maintenance of equipment’s and ensure smooth flow of production process.

Key Accountabilities:    

• Inside the cell team , manage and consolidate the cell maintenance costs in line with monthly/yearly budget

• Preparing action plan along with Manager.

• Manage a team of maintenance operators and contracts with contractors companies realize RCA , apply standards and practices support common cell actions.

• Solve issues on maintenance activities , esacalade on experts if needed.

• Manage the team on a daily basis (morning meeting , WO assignment , Short interval control , safety tools) leads key management routines.

• Ensure Maintenance standards application link with CCMS & follows main KPI , is accountable of OEE maintenance.

• Coordinate daily break in (P0, P1, P2) and  with the planner scheduled jobs (P3, P4) and coordinate P5 with technical services.

• Optimize with the planner scheduling maintenance due to production priorities and resources (internal and contractors).

• Ensure of quality of work done , closing , reporting , update KPI and dashboard.

Specificities:

Single point of contact during assigned shift for ensuring all maintenance activities are in place.

Academics: Mechanical Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience in similar industries.
