OPERATIONS - ETP Supervisor

Position Purpose : To manage smooth flow of etp operations as per defined parameters

Key Accountabilities :

• To run all the three shift operation Safely by observing and rectifying the unsafe act and unsafe condition.
• To monitor all process operations of ETP,RO and Evaporator plants and attending problems occurring in shifts.
• Conducting safety tool box talk at the beginning of the shift, and adhering to safety practices.
• Hydraulic Management and Treatment of Effluent: Biological treatment & ZLD operations.
• Updating operation data of ETP, RO and Evaporator.
• Coordinating with vendor for Stack & AAQ monitoring.
• Conducting safety tool box talk at the beginning of the shift.
• Analysis of process samples to determine parameter values as per the process requirement.
• Identifying the deviation in process and taking corrective actions to meet desire results.

Specificities: Single point of contact for assigned shift ensuring smooth operations of etp.
