PROCESS
- Weigh and mix phase A1,
- Add phase A2 and heat at 75-80 °C for 25 min,
- Add A3 and homogenize for 15 min at 2,200 rpm at 80 °C and add phase A4,
- Weigh and heat phase B1 at 80 °C,
- Emulsify phase B1 in A (1 - 2 min),
- Add phase B2, and let stir for 15 min at 2,500 rpm at 80 °C,
- Cool down very low agitation (1,100 rpm) and at room temperature (no ice),
- Add phase C and adjust pH around 7.3.
