PROCESS
- Weigh and mix phase A1,
- Add phase A2 and heat at 75-80°C for 25 minutes,
- Add A3 and homogenize for 15 minutes at 2,200 rpm at 80°C and add A4,
- Weigh and heat phase B1 at 80°C,
- Emulsify B1 in A (1 - 2 minutes),
- Add B2, and let stir for 15 minutes at 2,500 rpm at 80°C,
- Cool down very low agitation (1,100 rpm) and at room temperature (no ice),
- Add C and adjust pH around 7.3.
