PROCESS
- Prepare phase C (oil and pigments) under agitation with the deflocculator for 10-15 min to disperse pigments,
- Mix phase C and phase D,
- Heat phase A to 90 °C until homogeneous dispersion and after add phase B,
- Add phase A and B in phase C and D,
- In parallel prepare phase E, disperse Beauté by Roquette® ST 730 in water at 80 °C for 15 min at 2,000 rpm,
- Add successively ingredients of phase F in phase E,
- Emulsify very slowly phase E and F in oily phase (A+B+C+D).
