PROCESS
- Weigh and mix phase A1,
- Add phase A2 and heat to 75-80°C for 25 minutes,
- Add phase A3 and homogenize for 15 minutes at 2,200 rpm to 80°C. Add pigments,
- Weigh and heat phase B1 to 80°C,
- Emulsify phase B1 in A (1-2 min),
- Add phase B2, and stir for 15 minutes at 2,500 rpm to 80°C,
- Cool down under very low agitation (1,100 rpm) and add phase C (no ice),
- Add phase D and adjust pH to 7.3 ± 0.3.
