Head of FP&A Americas COE.

The Role 

We are looking for our next Head of FP&A Americas within our FP&A team. The role is responsible for leading, coordinating and evolving FP&A activities across the Americas region in line with the Group FP&A vision, governance and transformation roadmap. The position is part of the FP&A Leadership Team and serves as a key interface between Global FP&A, Regional Operations and Business Units. 

Location 

This is a full-time position based in Queretaro, MX.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead FP&A activities across Americas, ensuring consistent, reliable and forward-looking performance management. 

  • Own regional budgeting, forecasting and closing processes aligned with Group standards. 

  • Act as a trusted finance partner to Americas senior leadership and Business Units. 

  • Lead deployment of the FP&A Target Operating Model in Americas (Project Unity). 

  • Champion digital, analytics, automation and AI-enabled FP&A capabilities. 

  • Drive governance, analytical standards, KPI consistency and continuous improvement. 

  • Lead and develop a diverse FP&A team across multiple Americas countries. 

  • Coordinate Regional FP&A Centers of Excellence and ensure strong data quality and governance. 

What You'll Need 

Education:

  • Bachelor'sdegreeinFinance,Accounting,Economics,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfieldrequired.
  • AMaster'sdegree(MBA)and/orprofessionalcertificationssuchasCPA,CMA,orCFAarepreferred.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Leadership roles within complex international environments. Proven experience leading FP&A activities at regional or multi-country level. 
  • Supervisory Responsibility: Direct team size 4-5. 

Key Competencies 

  • Deep understanding of FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics. 

  • Solid exposure to EPM, BI, data analytics and finance systems. 

  • Good understanding of AI, automation and digital finance trends. 

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. 

  • Fluent English required; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
