Chiara Bergerone was appointed Deputy CEO of the Health & Pharma Solutions Business Unit in 2026
Chiara is an engineer and physicist by training who began her career in the industrial and energy sectors, gaining expertise in specialty chemicals and complex projects across Europe and the US. She then moved into healthcare and MedTech, where she progressed into general management roles with full responsibility for commercial performance and innovation, building high-performing teams and launching innovative solutions for better patient care.
At Roquette, she leads the commercial, strategic marketing and product line organizations for Health and Pharma Solutions, driving the business unit's growth strategy and its mission to deliver differentiated pharmaceutical solutions for patients worldwide.
Chiara holds a degree in Biomedical Materials Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino, and a degree in Physics from Grenoble INP, as well as an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs (CDI) in Paris. She works fluently in Italian, English and French.
