- Carry out work under the leadership of the warehouse supervisor and complete all warehouse tasks in accordance with ISO documentation requirements.
- Cooperate with various departments to facilitate inspections and provide relevant data, documents, and records.
- Handle finished goods dispatch and raw material receiving, along with the corresponding documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse areas.
- Assist, cooperate with, and support other warehouse assistants in receiving and dispatching goods.
- Organize storage locations reasonably to maximize warehouse utilization and avoid wasting inventory resources.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for finished products, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of statistical data, and send the information to relevant personnel.
- Be responsible for the inspection and supervision of external personnel and transport vehicles entering the warehouse or loading/unloading areas, as well as for safety and fire prevention.
- Operate forklifts in accordance with operating procedures, and be responsible for daily management of the forklift, including refueling, charging, cleaning, maintenance, and servicing, as well as the routine maintenance of other warehouse equipment.
- Be familiar with regulations and policies on production safety, labor protection, and industry safety requirements and prohibitions.
- Propose suggestions for packaging material improvements based on actual needs.
