Position Purpose
The China Cosmetics Account Manager will have the responsibility to develop and grow the Cosmetics business for Roquette and drive sales of innovation products in China.
Key Accountabilities
• Responsible for managing and growing sales in China for the personal care market focused on Skin care, Color Cosmetics, Oral care, Hair care and Fragrance segments.
• Collaborate & manage selected Channel partners to deliver the best solution to customers.
• Generate profitable growth for Roquette measurable in variable margin contribution.
• Generate new leads and expand customer activities through a “hunter” mentality.
• Promote and drive sales of Innovation products.
• Identify, develop and nurture customer-driven Sales Funnel (project pipeline) in collaboration with Marketing and Customer Technical Service (CTS).
• Convert opportunities in the Sales Funnel to purchase orders.
• Understand market trends and the competitive environment of Cosmetics market in China.
• Continuously report market and customer insights to all internal stakeholders.
• Work hand by hand with existing global cosmetic team, especially with Roquette Beauté expertise center located in Paris.
• Maintain and aim to continuously increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS) at customers accounts in the designated regional territory.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Education: Minimum of B.S. degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or related field (M.S. preferred; MBA is a plus). English language is mandatory.
• Experience: 10/15 years proven experience in the B2B Cosmetics Industry is required. You have a strong network in the Cosmetics market which recognizes your experience and will help you to enter into the market with an innovative product range.
• Business Trips (Percentage): Willingness to travel extensively, as needed, to perform the role (50%+).
