PROCESS
- Heat phase A1 while stirring to 85 °C. Then, disperse phase A2 for 20 min at 1,500 rpm with propeller,
- Heat phase B separately to 85 °C. Once it's completely clear, add it to the main phase and stir for 10 min at 2,200 rpm to emulsify,
- Cool down to 30-25 °C at 700-1,000 rpm,
- Add C then D at 700 rpm for 10 min and adjust pH to 5.0 ± 0.3 if necessary.
