PROCESS
- Mix phase A with a deflocculator at room temperature,
- Add phase B1 to phase A and stir until a homogeneous blend and then add phase B2 at 500-600 rpm,
- Heat phase A+B and phase C at 80 ° C,
- Add phase C to phase A+B while stirring with deflocculator for 10 min at 75-80 ° C at 3,300 rpm,
- Cool down to 25 ° C at 2,500 rpm,
- Add phase D at 1,000-2,000 rpm,
- Add phase E.
