PROCESS

  1. Mix phase A with a deflocculator at room temperature,​
  2. Add phase B1 to phase A and stir until a homogeneous blend and then add phase B2 at 500-600 rpm,​
  3. Heat phase A+B and phase C at 80  ° C,​
  4. Add phase C to phase A+B while stirring with deflocculator for 10 min at 75-80  ° C at 3,300 rpm,​
  5. Cool down to 25  ° C at 2,500 rpm,​
  6. Add phase D at 1,000-2,000 rpm,​
  7. Add phase E.
