PROCESS

  1. Start to heat water to 80 °C. Add successively each component of the phase A, except Beauté by Roquette® DS 112,
  2. When it reaches 80 °C, add Beauté by Roquette® DS 112 in phase A and stir for 40 min,
  3. Cool down to 40 °C,
  4. Add Beauté by Roquette® DS 146 to phase A while stirring and wait until it's completely  dissolved (around 15 min),
  5. Add phase C into the main phase and stir for 10 min,
  6. Add phase D with low agitation,
  7. Add the ingredients of phase E, one by one, while stirring gently,
  8. Adjust pH to 5.0 ± 0.3 with phase F.
