PROCESS
- Stir phase A1 at room temperature (800 rpm for 1 min),
- Add phase A2 by sprinkling with a vortex and stir until Beauté by Roquette® DS 146 is perfectly dispersed (850 rpm for 2 hours),
- After 2 hours, stop stirring for a few minutes and check homogeneity,
- Add phase B in a trickle over 20 min while stirring at 1,000 rpm for 5 hours,
- Add phase C and stir at 1,200 rpm for 15 min,
- Add phase D and stir at 1,300 rpm for 20 min,
- Add phase E and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
- Add phase F and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
- Add phase G and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
- Adjust pH with a solution.
