PROCESS

  1. Stir phase A1 at room temperature (800 rpm for 1 min),
  2. Add phase A2 by sprinkling with a vortex and stir until Beauté by Roquette® DS 146 is perfectly dispersed (850 rpm for 2 hours),
  3. After 2 hours, stop stirring for a few minutes and check homogeneity,
  4. Add phase B in a trickle over 20 min while stirring at 1,000 rpm for 5 hours,
  5. Add phase C and stir at 1,200 rpm for 15 min,
  6. Add phase D and stir at 1,300 rpm for 20 min,
  7. Add phase E and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
  8. Add phase F and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
  9. Add phase G and stir at 700 rpm for 10 min,
  10. Adjust pH with a solution.
