PROCESS

Heat water of phase A1 to 45°C and add Beauté by Roquette^® DE 006. Mix with deflocculator (at 500 rpm) until a clear solution is obtained,
Mix Microcrystalline Cellulose, Cellulose Gum and Xanthan Gum in Aqua under agitation (500 - 1,000 rpm),
Add Beauté by Roquette^® DS 146 in phase A1+A2 and mix for 10 minutes (at 1,500 rpm, deflocculator),
Prepare phase B and heat at 45°C,
Emulsify phase B in A (at 45°C) while stirring for 15 minutes at 2,000 - 3,000 rpm (deflocculator),
Cool down and add phases C, D and premix E while stirring gently,
Check final pH (5.6 ± 0.2) and adjust, if necessary, with Citric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide.
