The new year started in high gear for the Roquette Beauté teams who exhibited at Cosmet’Agora 2023, which took place on January 10 and 11 in Paris, France.
This year was the 15th edition of Cosmet’Agora, an exhibition organized by la Société Française de Cosmétologie (SFC). SFC is a leading French association whose mission is to promote and spread knowledge in scientific fields related to cosmetology. The SFC includes 700 members, representing 375 companies, institutions and universities active in cosmetics.
Throughout the years, Cosmet’Agora has become a key event for cosmetic players. Organized annually in Paris, the world’s major hub for cosmetics, the exhibition invites visitors to discover the latest trends in raw materials, textures, new technologies, and toxicological tests.

This pure grade of sodium gluconate made from corn is an efficient, safe and biodegradable alternative to EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid).

Wave it! an Exclusive Formulation Designed for the Event
The Roquette Beauté team created an exclusive new formulation to enter the “Prix de la Formulation,” Cosmet’Agora’s Formulation awards. This prize rewards the most innovative formulas and is awarded by a prestigious jury composed of members of the SFC board as well as non-exhibiting experts.
Unique because of its 98.8% natural composition, “Wave it!” is an innovative alcohol-free triphasic lotion, composed of two aqueous phases and an oily phase. The delicately scented mist is enriched with oils, with a silky, non-greasy finish. This 2-in-1 mist for body and hair has a soothing and moisturizing effect on skin and reduces frizziness on hair.
This exclusive mist was showcased throughout the event and put to light the potential of three different ingredients of the Beauté by Roquette® offering in one formulation.
