PROCESS
- Heat up phase A to 80°C, while stirring (medium speed). Maintain agitation and temperature until a homogeneous gel is formed (minimum 40 minutes),
- Allow to cool down to 20°C while stirring gently,
- Add phase B under medium agitation,
- Add phase C,
- Adjust pH to 5.4 ± 0.2 with phase D,
- Add pigments (phase E) under gentle agitation.
