Process method
- Powder mix preparation: weight all the ingredients, sieve on 1mm and blend (Turbula Blender)
- Reconstitution of the dessert cream: Add 25g of the powder mix preparation in 160mL water and shake during 1min
- Wait for 5min at room temperature before tasting
