Application XYLISORB® XTAB 400 xylitol granulated with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is a direct compression excipient and bulk sweetener. It is used in pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications including swallowable tablets, effervescent tablets and medicated confectionary.
Teste/Odor Sweet (xylitol sweetening power is equivalent to sucrose) with cooling effect due to the high dissolution enthalpy of xylitol in water (153 J/g)
