- HI-SWEET 55 contain minimum 55% Fructose (DS basis) along with dextrose and other higher saccharides.
- The DS levels for HI-SWEET® 55 is minimum 76.5%.
HI-SWEET 55 exhibits less tendency to crystallize at low temperatures due to its lower dextrose and higher fructose level.
Recommended storage temperature is between 26°C - 32°C.
