GLUCIDEX® IT 12 W wheat maltodextrin has a dextrose equivalent of 12. It has a particular physical structure providing free-flowing properties and faster dissolution. GLUCIDEX® IT 12 W provides excipient benefits as a filler-binder while also providing nutrient benefits as a carbohydrate source. It can be used in various oral dosage forms in both pharmaceutical and nutraceutical applications including swallowable tablets, blends, granules, pellets premix and medicated confectionery.
