Process method
- In a spiral kneader, mix powders until homogenized
- Add syrups and liquids (previously mixed together) in the spiral kneader and mix 5 min until homogenized (low speed)
- then 10min with high speed
- Let the dough rest for about 30 min
- Laminate to 12mm and cut
- Coat with chocolate (15%)
