Process method
- Mix all powder ingredients, and make pre-mix powder (without oil and emulsifier).
- Dissolve it into warmed water, around 75°C.
- Add pre-heated oil with emulsifier.
- Mix the solution in the tank well.
- Two methods, depending on the facilities:
Method A: Homogenize the solution with piston homogenizer at 20kPa. After that, pack the solution into the bottle, and sterilize the solution with retort machine at 121°C for 7min. [F=6.5].
Method B: Sterilize the solution with UHT machine at 140°C for 30sec. After that, homogenize the solution with piston homogenizer at 20kPa, and pack it with aceptic packaging machine.
